Recovery of One of Coach Etter’s Letter Jacket

Thanks to Alan Hulgan for finding the jacket at an antique mall in East Ridge.

Alan contacted W.L. Goodman about the jacket, and W.L. asked Alan to buy the jacket and he would reimburse him.  Alan went back, bought the jacket, and delivered it to W.L.’s office.

The jacket which shows 1951, 1952, and 1953 State Championships will be displayed at Central for all to see.

Just a quick note to tell you how proud I am of all your efforts for Saturday’s Marker Dedication.  Looks like everything went flawless and The Central Class of 1965 wants to give you their heartfelt thanks for it all.
