Bob Hardy to Retire Later this Month

Received the following from Bob Hardy:

Well, I finally decided to retire.  I have recently been working at McKee as an electrician for almost 13 years and I have been given the wonderful opportunity-monetarily-to retire and have every day the rest of my life be Saturday. I plan to officially retire May 26th.  My youngest son Bret is only 15 years old and is an avid baseball and basketball player.  Doing activities with him, working on my bucket list, and fishing will occupy most of my time/  First item on my bucket list is going to Alaska.  Always wanted to go there and fish on the Kenai peninsula.  I don’t really care if I catch anything or not just want to fish there.  Crazy huh?  That’s me.  Just thought I’s drop a line to say heh to everyone and let you all know you are in my prayers.  Thanks all for the wonderful memories.

God bless all.

Bob Hardy    WE REALLY ARE THE BEST THERE IS ALIVE!!!!!!!  WAY TO GO 65

Congratulations and Thanks to Bobby Byrd

Thanks to Bobby Byrd who volunteered today to take on the responsibility of being Decade 60s Board Member for the Chattanooga Central Alumni Association.  Only took a few seconds for James Walker, President of the Association, to accept his help in running the Association.

Bobby Byrd spoke with Bill and Lindia earlier today, and I spoke with Lindia.

Bill has lost about 60 pounds, but as usual, he is in good spirits.  He will undergo another CT in Atlanta tomorrow with results to follow next week.
